1.1 Turtles: The game date event organized by Tortelen.
1.2 Turtledove: Any natural person who registers for Tortelen.
1.3 Agreement: The agreement between the Organizer and the Turtle Dove regarding participation in Turtle Dove.
1.4 Match: A mutual interest between two Turtle Doves as determined through the Turtle Dove system.
2.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the Organizer and the Turtle Dove.
2.2 By registering, the Turtle Dove declares that it agrees to these general terms and conditions.
3.1 Participation is open to persons aged 18 and over.
3.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse Tortelduiven in the event of undesirable behavior or failure to comply with these conditions.
3.3 Entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated.
4.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or move the event in case of insufficient registrations or unforeseen circumstances. In that case, Turtle Doves will receive a full refund.
4.1 The participation fee must be paid in full upon registration.
4.2 In the event of cancellation by Tortelduif, the following conditions apply:
5.1 Participation in Tortelen is entirely at the Tortelduif's own risk.
5.2 The Organizer is not liable for any damage, loss or injury, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
5.3 The Organizer is not responsible for matches that do not lead to further agreements or relationships.
6.1 The personal data of Tortelduiven are used exclusively for organizing Tortelen and facilitating matches.
6.2 Persoonsgegevens worden bewaard tot maximaal 365 dagen na het evenement en daarna verwijderd.
6.3 Turtle Doves have the right to inspect, correct or delete their data. For requests, please contact us via [email protected]
7.1 These general terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law.
7.2 Disputes will preferably be resolved by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district of the Organizer.
8.1 The Organizer reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions.
8.2 Changes will be communicated by email at least 7 days before the event.
